Hey there, I’m Cheryle!

I’m based in the Philippines. Over 2 years ago, I transitioned into virtual assistance by joining a US-based agency, where I supported real estate professionals US & Canada. That experience opened the door to working closely with realtors on transaction coordination, marketing & admin support by helping them streamline their workload and focus on growth.

 

Since then, I’ve built long-term partnerships with agents, driven by trust, clear communication, and reliability. Problem: The clients had a vision to create informational guides for their buyers, sellers, and rental clients. However, they were unsure how to structure the content effectively, what additional information to include, and didn’t have the time to turn their ideas into polished, professional materials. This resulted in missed opportunities to reinforce their brand’s credibility and trust.

Social Media Presence

Problem: The client had an inconsistent social media presence, limiting her visibility and credibility within her referral network. She mainly used her personal profile without ads, to engage with her close circle, promote events, and share RE/MAX contests.

Solution: I established a consistent posting strategy that highlighted her successful transactions, shared client appreciation posts, tagged co-op agents, and published informative guides. This approach built authenticity, strengthened her professional image, and deepened engagement with her network.

Email Marketing

Problem:  Las Vegas real estate professional struggled to stay top-of-mind with past and potential clients. His previous CRM lacked the flexibility and design tools needed to produce engaging newsletters and track campaign performance effectively.

Solution: I migrated his entire contact list to Mailchimp, designed a weekly email campaign featuring curated market research, simplified real estate insights, and updates on new listings and new construction projects. This approach improved business visibility and engagement, achieving weekly avg. of 20%+ open rates and 2.5%+ click-through rates.
